◆Connect to compressed air, reset after power on.
◆Put clean ITO SENSOR on the lower layer of fixture.
◆Put clean COVER GLASS on the upper layer of fixture.
◆Press “vacuum” button after confirming the position of products.
◆Dispensing group moves to assigned station to dispense.
◆Dispensing finished, dispensing head moves to next station automatically.
◆When dispensing head arrives at next station, platform of previous station overturn and was locking by cylinder.
◆Cylinder of lower platform rise in place, Z-axis motor works and rises to laminate automatically.
◆Laminating finished, platforms of station come back to origin to standby.
◆Working principles of second and third station are the same with the above NO.2 – NO.9 steps.
